requirements for services
Following state board protocol- I require access to hot and cold running water.
(Having the service area set up near a bathroom or kitchen is preferred.)
Following state board protocol- unless your pet is a service animal, it will need to be kept in a separate room from the service space.
(I love pets as much as you, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in treatment area)
Treatment area is not child proof; there are sharp and hot objects which could result in injury. No children are allowed in the treatment area while the service is provided. (This includes set up and tear down)
Access to electricity is required to use my equipment; clients acknowledge and understand this.
New clients are required to book a free consultation call prior to service.
New clients must show proof of identification at the door before I enter.
Client will need to fill out a consultation form and sign necessary waivers prior to service or call.
Cleanliness is crucial! A clean space is required for services. Service may be declined service if not provided.
A $50 deposit is required; full payment will be taken after the service.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to service time will be charged the deposit and possible travel fee.
Due to being mobile, a travel fee is often added to final price. Price range will vary depending on miles from my based location.

If you are in a 10 miles radius from our location,
a travel fee is not added.
11-15 miles $10 travel fee
16-20 miles $20 travel fee
21- 30 miles $30 travel fee
30+ miles TBD
